Fritz Louizor was born in 1949 in Port-au-Prince. He was the brother and student of Haitian master Ernst Louizor. He was a very talented painter and was very popular in Haiti. His paintings were sold at various galleries in Port-au-Prince. He died on July 9, 1984. Illustrations of his painting can be seen in John Allen Franciscus’ book, “Haiti Voodoo Kingdom To Modern Riviera”.
